Useless, unreliable

Afrihost uses Digital Planet to deliver LTE devices, which need to be RICA'd, so I am required to accept delivery personally. Digital Planet is supposed to call beforehand and arrange a time for delivery. They arrived without warning when I was not available. We then arranged another date and time for the following day. They did not arrive, but logged it as a 2nd failed attempt. I tried to call but no luck. They then arrived again without warning and logged this as a 3rd failed attempt, and my order is due to be cancelled if I don't take further action, which is practically impossible as I can never get through to someone on the phone.

If they can't do the basic work, they should just shut down the business.
