USELESS LOGISTICS, NOTHING SUPERIOR ABOUT THIS SERVICE

Please change the name other logistic company, there is nothing superior from your side and is actually useless, you go to the wrong address, dont make contact me, i have to phoner the next day to see waht the hell is going on and now i must phone each day to follow up because the people is to in competence to just give feedback, the lady I've speak to yesterday said my delivery will be delivered before 15:00 today, every time i phone today no one has feedback, and then want to email this one and that one, whats so difficult in getting on a phone and get answers??? now I'm phoning now they want to see what going on and then come back to me after 45min?? I mean how long does it take to get feedback or answers?
