Useless Company

I have not had such terrible service in my life, useless courier service, I have been waiting for my order since, VODC15286...how can companies continue using your service when you're this useless tho??...put the customer first or allow other companies to do a better job. Can I have my order TODAY!!! and respond to messages and answer your damn line when we call the centre. and vodacom must not use you ever again
