USELESS!!

After dealing with these guys myself, I can fully agree with the comments below on how useless this company is! They are impossible to get hold of on their phone number and their service is just horrible! I ordered a TV through FNB last week. A few minutes after one of their consultants gave me a call to arrange delivery. She confirmed that delivery will take place on Tuesday LATEST. This worked with my upcoming holiday plans as I was supposed to leave this morning for KZN. They failed to deliver as promised and that led to my plans being a mess! I have been trying to get them to tell me what time I can expect delivery today on their Facebook messages, but still no answer. I also asked for their customer care manager to give me a call yesterday which did also not happen.

Quite possibly the worse company I have ever dealt with! Utterly useless!

I have gone ahead and taken this up with FNB and I will be expecting to be reimbursed for my holiday plans that you guys are *****ing up!
