Unable to get courier phone number.

I have tried getting trough to someone the entire morning to get the courier number that is delivering my package today. I know that it's on its way as I have received an SMS telling me it will happen today. I need to contact the courier since my work is having a end year function today. Yet every damn time that I try to get this person's number. I am put trough to a machine telling me that they do not have any lte router packages when that is obviously bull****. Afterwards the phone just cuts off. Absolutely pathetic service from this company. I have asked if I could speak to management with a "OK I will put you through." which ends up at the ****ing machine again.
