The very last time I order a smart device from FNB

<p>This is not the first time I've ordered something from FNB's Smart Device department. It IS the last time. I complained to the bank every time regarding the pathetic couriers they use - Digital Planet. The first time, they *****ed up my order completely and duplicated it not once, but EIGHT times. They needed to deliver today between 9am and 5pm, they did not show up. Not even a head's up to say "sorry, we will not make it today, but we can make it on (day)". I phoned just before 5 to say that the courier has not been here yet and the consultant rep**** that "it will definitely be delivered today, there is still time". Well, we all know that was a lie. After 5 when I tried to call, the service closed for the day. I can contact no one to have this resolved or to at least obtain information. If I do not receive it today, I will contact FNB to have the order cancelled.</p>
