Between FNB’s promises and DIGITAL PLANET’s promises. I am still waiting for my device. A week later. Lebo - never phoned me back as promised I was promised the urgency will be relayed to the courier and to have it out for delivery last week. Never happened. I was told that I’ll receive feedback after my last call and complaint. Never happened. I had FNB (after another HELLOPETER COMPLAINT) phone them and try and sort it out. I was promised by FNB that the last person I spoke to a DIGITAL PLANET will call me back. Never happened.

And according to the tracking sms,the item is still sitting with the couriers.

Useless promises,no follow up and no follow through.
