Terrible service / feedback from Digital Planet

Digital planet delivered two packets/parcels through Ram Couriers. The one parcel was correct and the other incorrect. I contacted them, they had me send photos. To date, NO feedback execpt for they waiting on FNB. This is not difficult, and no need to wait on FNB mail reply.....as Digital planet packaged the items themselves. Digital Planet made the mistake..... The items as per invoice: 1 x Apple watch and 1 x Projector. In the boxes, 1 x Apple Watch and 1 x Apple Earpods. I sent photos.....its easy guys, locate my Projector, send it and collect the earpods.
