Terrible service, Defective phone

I purchased a samsung phone from Digital Planet late last year and it didn't work well, I was promised it would be collected for repairs in November then December and no one comes. <br> <br> Its ridiculous that i have to pay for something that doesn't work. <br> <br> Can the phone be replaced or the debits be stopped and all my money returned.<br> <br> No one replies to my emails anymore and this is unacceptable!
