Terrible service and communication!

Terrible service from Digital Planet and RAM couriers. RAM couriers was supposed to deliver my FNB Connect Order on behalf of Digital Planet on Thursday (20/08) and the delivery person never pitched without any notice. Same thing happened the next day. Received a sms that it will be delivered on the Friday (21/08), but the delivery person also never pitched. The least they can do is to let you know!

Then received a sms that it will be delivered today (Monday - 24/08). I phoned Digital Planet multiple times this morning and stated that it can't be delivered to the stated address anymore, because I am not available at that address. They said that they will inform RAM couriers who will contact me to arrange for the order to be delivered to a new address, but they never did, as the delivery guy just pitched to the first address. Horrible service, FNB definitely needs new contractors! I won't even recommend them to my worst enemy!
