Terrible Service!!!

extremely Poor and terrible service!!!!. I am frustrated with this company. Firstly they promised me my playstation that I order on black friday will delivered on 09/12/2019. On monday, I called the customer services, they promised my playstation will be delivered on tuesday 11/12/2019. I waited untill 16H30 when my work shift ended at 16H00 no delivered came. I tried calling the customer services several times, no answer.There phones are useless, I send an email and message them on social media as such facebook had no response from them. Clearly service is not there priority. I would not want to deal with this company again.
