Terrible service

Terrible service. An sms stating I will receive my parcel yesterday. Absolutely nothing happened. I call them and they are supposed to get back to me. Nothing happened. Today we get a message saying they couldn’t deliver and might cancel. Useless dumb idiots that can’t do their jobs properly.
