Terrible Service
Ordered LTE router through axxess ,waited 2 months due to backorder,got contacted by digital planet regarding delivery....no delivery was done ,then order was cancelled by them saying they could not get hold of me....absolute *******. Have tried to get hold of them directly and can never get to talk to relevant person...switchboard says person not there and then cuts off...***!!! you people clearly have no idea regarding customer service...catch a wakeup
