Terrible and Inconsiderate Service
They do not deliver on the day they say the delivery wil occur. While you wait indefinately for your order, they do not communicate with you prompty when they are late with deliveries to inform you where the issue is. You are just left with a useless tracking website that is not updated timeously either. It leaves a bitter taste as an FNB customer used to their efficiency.
