Team Vitaly Pack NOT delivered!!!

I have reported the non-delivery of my TEAM VITALITY package twice already and still have not recieved anything. I repeatedly get SMS's saying that my pack will be delivered and then nothing happens. No-one has contacted me for ANY delivery since my package should have been delivered TWO MONTHS ago. Digital Planet's service is dismal. I have had to contact them several times by phone and email and even changed the delivery address to make it easier but nothing happened. This is ridiculous. All other Team Vitality members have their packages exept me regardless of various attemps to get hold of it. i still have no idea if I will ever get my pack and I need to run a race in the Team Vitality colours this weekend!!
