Still No delivery!!!

A review of Digital Planet by Sarah B on 5 May 2016 Share Where is my order... this day 3 Digital Planet confirmed delivery for my order!!!!!!!! I am extremely annoyed as Digital Planet did not attempt to deliver my order once again today. I have been at home the whole day for 3 days awaiting delivery. I also called the call centre twice and they assured me my delivery will be done still today 22 May 2018, and the delivery guy will phone me once he is close to my home(order no. 72422, ref no. Wxo12349 ) No one came to my house for 3days now each day a sms confirming delivery will be between 9h00 and 17h00. I can not sit at home the whole day, i have a business to run as i told your call centre agent as per my telephone conversation with her @16h30 today whom assured me delivery are escalated for today. All my calls incomming and outgoing was recorded on my side aswell for record keeping and prove of promise for delivery from Digital Planet. This is the poorest excuse of service!!! Please fix this ASAP. Mrs. M Els
