Service FAIL
The service is terrible, I'd give 0 stars if I could. Customer service centre are clueless, and claim not to have any way to contact their own courier delivery sites. There is no way to follow up on a delivery which has not arrived as they just tell you it's on it's way but refuse to contact courier. No feedback on emails. All in all, a *** service offering.
