Rescheduling delivery dates without my concern

I ordered a TV on the 26 November, I was told Mt TV would be delivered on the 13/12/21 I waited all day and it was never delivered and no communication as to why they failed to deliver. I contacted them today 15/12/21 only to be told it will be delivered on the 20/12/21 because I live in a township, what a ridiculous excuse. I want my TV as I'm planning to go for December holidays.
