Repair equals break-it squared!

IP 68 Rated, Mil-Std-810G Certified phone broken twice in less than 12 months without any cause or reason. First time it returned to find that the mic causes ****led phone calls on the receiver's end and second time returns without the ability to charge or turn on. I want to know what education and experience the technicians have as they're clearly not able to fix something without breaking something else. I don't want this phone anymore, I demand a refund!!! The also lack the ability of proper communication in terms of timelines and what's going for what.
