Ram lying about delivering my order

For 3 weeks being waiting for an order from mweb being told the driver tried calling me but never received any missed calls they say capitec is closing at 4:30 I never heard of such *******, people who care about their jobs get them done, not provide bad service and expect payment for it, why is bad service protected by digital planet or is ram the only delivery company they can use? I believe there are companies that can provide a better service and save our time and money, mweb must get rid of this ridiculousness we are experiencing and get more competent companies to serve us... ********** 713 Carl
