Professional consultant

I was quite happy with the Digital Planet consultant I spoke to regarding my TV order, from Vodacom. Her name is Refiloe. She was very professional and quite patient, she addressed all the questions I had. I was unhappy with how Vodacom misled me regarding their delivery before making my order, but Refiloe thoroughly explained the whole process. Although I'm still not happy with the misleading information, she managed to calm me down and assured me that my TV set would be delivered within 3-5 working days.

I must admit these bad reviews leave a sour taste in my mouth because I'm still awaiting my order. I'll cross fingers. 🤞🏾
