Problems with my phone

2 staff members from Digital Planet helped me over and over with my phone which had problems connecting to internet and downloading e-mail attachments. Their patience and care was utmostly tremendous. I experienced before during other occasions staffmembers being very impatient and even cutting off a call without answering my question. That is why I want to express my sincere appreciation to especially Ntando Simelane who continuously stayed in contact with me and helped me and even helped me to get back an original ringtone, which is a beautiful gospel song, which was on the phone when I bought it but disappeared when my phone had a "hard factory reboot" and when that did not help my phone was sent to the supplier (I'm not sure who) for fixing. Another person who helped me tremendously from the beginning was Gift. All I can say is a sincere THANKYOU! I hope you will be blessed.
