Poor, very poor, extremely poor service

I've placed an order on the 29th through vodacom and have not recieved anything as yet I tried calling since Friday and cannot get through. I must now listen to annoying music and then "your call is important please stay on the line" been holding then all out of nowhere goodbye. Is this how you run a business? I'm probably gonna get some stupid automated reply now. I don't ever want to deal with this company again. From now on when I buy something I will ask who are you using as a courier service if its digital planet I wont even bother to continue with a transaction because waiting so long is not worth it.
