Poor services no delivery.only excuses

Poor service no feed back at all .my package was not delivered because thay was apparently doing stock take? On my date that THAY said my package wil be delivered. And when I phoned to ask about my package thay said thay wil do best to deliver on date. No words of stocktake was mentioned to me.only the next day when I phoned that said thay did not deliver any packages yesterday because thay was busy with stocktake. Still did not receive my package and thay keep on saying tomorrow. Poor service wil never use them for my business or refer them to anyone.
