Poor service
Purchased a connex laptop it was delivered on the 26/03/21 on the 27th i called and logged a fault with the LCD not coming on and was advised that it would be collected the next Tuesday which did not happen until thursday the 1st of April after the collection i recieved no communication from them i called on tuesday the 5th to find out whats the next step i was advised it would be out on wednesday for delivery still did not received any contact from them i then called to find out an eta on wedn only to find out its not out and will be delivered on thursday called the next day and its still not out, today is friday and im advised its not taking place till monday the 12th of april very poor service
