Poor service
Digital planet. I am tired of your bad service. My parcel was supposed to be delivered 6 December. It’s the 9th now. The driver doesn’t pick up my calls when I call you guys no one picks up as well.
I am going on holiday tomorrow night. If my parcel doesn’t get delivered I am canceling. Then you can explain to Fnb why my parcel wasn’t delivered. This is pathetic. Honestly pathetic.
I have sent my emails a lot of time
I will try for the last time tomorrow.
