poor service

It is very unfair with your kind of service that your courier services are offering you did send sms of coming to deliver and i had to cancel all my appointment and waited when it was past 5pm I did call the fnb connect that was sending me the parcel and they consultant spoke with one of you and he was told that the driver is very close to my place and I waited and never saw anyone only to receive sms that you were unable to deliver I must call to avoid cancellation imagine this kind of service thst was this same in December my order was also cancel and you want to repeat the same thing or is it because am a foreign national so am been treated differently please i will love to know
