Poor delivery service

I have been waiting on a delivery of an item I have purchased on black Friday... I have received 4 smses without contact from this company saying due to high volumes of orders there will be a delay in delivery. I have been trying to get a hold of them for most of the month since purchasing the item, only to be told that once I got hold of the currier service that they had returned the item to the sender and will not re send it to me. I have not been contacted by them to confirm my delivery address nor availability for delivery... They are refusing to send my son's play station that was bought by Vodacom. They refuse to assist the call center agent from Vodacom... This is bad service... Where is my package as yet not located...
