Poor Communication

Absolutely appalled by the lack of communication amongst your department. I’ve been expecting a deliver from the 6th of jan that later in got delayed to the 9th the only to call the call centre multiple time to get told that delivery failed. I confirmed everything so all my details are accurate and still it feels like no One knows what’s going on. This isn’t a favour, it’s a paid service and all I expect in return is the minimum. I’d like my parcel please
