Phumzile Mashinini

I have never done this and usually get irritated by facilities forcing reviews down our throat, but I would be doing society an injustice if I dont do this. Phumzile Mashinini @ DigitalPlanet truly truly blew my mind today. I was buying a TV via FNB smart devices and there where so many hiccups with the process. But Phumzile is the reason i did not abort the mission and walk to the nearest store to get the TV. When she requested extra information, she would send an email and when I didnt reply she would call. Most times on the call she would continue the process until she needed something in writing, hold the line for me to rectify and resend. When internet failed us, she would tell me that she will keep an eye out for my email and confirm receipt. AND SHE DID!!!! She must have called me 5 times today to correct minor yet crucial details. She even stayed on the line for me to confirm my own address on google maps because I questioned what she saw on her end. Gosh!!! I don't know what drives you Phumzile, but I hope you harness this beautiful gift you have. You are meant to be in customer service but I hope that your passion and gift can be rewarded such that you get to train more others to deliver excellent service to each and every customer.
