Pathetic Service / Robbing Customers Blind

<p>Okay so my wife decides to spoil me and buys and "Iphone" through FNB/Digital Planet for me, we receive the phone only for it to be an "O.B.F" unit. phone did not charge. After getting told to take the unit to an Istore, then told that they cannot touch the phone then up and down... and after numerous calls / emails finally issue was resolved +/- 1 week later that i-store would work on the unit. during this period emails were sent ( we have proof that we wanted the unit to be uplifted and the contract terminated ) that was over 6 months back.. after numerous emails / going to FNB itself finally digital planet sent someone to pick up the unit... now they still billing for the unit even though it is not in our possesion because apparently the imei does not match the box?? all info was given to them on a gold platter but still they cannot give us a senior managers direct email / phone number to escalate the matter all they can say is that they have escalated the matter. i have requested for the past month that either we get a FULL refund + interest or as a token of good faith a free upgrade to the Iphone 7s and we will continue paying the current installment as per the original agreement was concluded.</p>
