Pathetic service
Placed an order on 29 November 2019. Was called the same day and told delivery would be between 3 to 5 working days. It has now been 9 working days. We have been unable to contact anybody since nobody answers any phone. Confirmed our address with 2 separate people, one on 29 November and a second on 6 Des. We recived an SMS that delivery would be today.... to the wrong address.... Nobody is answering a phone so we can correct the mistake. Pathetic and unacceptable service!
