Pathetic service

This is probably the worst service I've received in my entire life.

The team leader of Digital planet can't give me any answers of my parcel.

I've phoned multiple times trying to arrange delivery as I will not be available next week and every time they assure me that delivery will take place before 11th December.

Speaking to the courier MDS they told me that the package haven't even left Johannesburg yet and would only be here on the 14th of December.

The service of Digital Planet and MDS is really pathetic and will never in my life use them again and would definitely not recommend either of them to anyone.

Worst experience of my life!!!
