PATHETIC SERVICE

I’m writing this email to you to express my anger about my delivery that I haven’t received till date. 4 days ago one of your courier guys by the name of Kgopolo Lekau phoned me to let me know that He will be delivering my order (VODC15795) of the Samsung 55’ UHD Smart TV but then he never did. Instead he went on and on about the hijacking and that I or somebody must meet up with him by the Tokoza Police satiation because he feared that he might be hijacked again. I then said to him I can’t meet up with him nor can send somebody to meet up with him as we were all preparing to go to work. Since then my TV hasn’t been delivered. Please deliver my order today or I’m taking further steps.
