Pathetic Service
This is the second time I am ordering and Digital Planet is dropping the ball on delivery. This is absolutely pathetic service. a Delivery date was confirmed on or before the 7th of May and yet still no delivery and when I query the delivery they keep on telling me it is not going to be delivered.
The previous time I ordered I had the exact same experience.
Absolutely pathetic service and absolutely no customer satisfaction
