Honestly, disgusting service, get an sms 3 days in a row with no tracking information or anything to say my item will be delivered between 8 and 5pm, for 3 days i sit at home waiting and nothing comes.
Today, i get an sms saying theyre tried to deliver 3 times and now my order may be canceled. What kind of **** service is this?
In this time i had amazon deliveries with dpd laser and courier guy and uber eats so how on earth can digital planet not deliver.
In the past week ive realised just how good dpd and courier guy are and just how horrible digital planet and ram couriers are. Pathetic
