Pathetic excuse of a company

I initially received an sms yesterday morning (18th June) stating that my Vitality Starter package would be delivered between 9am and 5pm. It did not arrive and I received no feedback, no email, no phone call.<br> <br> I sent an email asking what happened and got a response that they tried contacting me but were unable to. This is a blatant lie as there was no attempt made.<br> <br> Today I again received an sms stating it would be delivered today (19th June) between 9am-5pm. And guess what... no package has arrived and I have had no feedback again.<br> <br> This is the most pathetic service I've experienced for a long time, and judging by the other numerous complaints, seems to be the norm for this 'company'<br> <br> Disgusted to say the least.
