Pathetic company (****?)

Pathetic or no SERVICE!!

Exchanged my vodabucks (***) on the 26th November 2019 and have not received my item. Many failed attempts of getting through to their call center and no response to emails. Absolute no feedback regarding order status, but SMS to state delivery failed is quick to appear, although was available all day. This appears to be a scheme so that they can cancel the order due to not being able to deliver as stated in their SMS if you do not call them. Catch 22 no one answers the phones!!! I would give it 0 stars if possible.
