Non-existent service

<p>I am highly disappointed and disgusted with the service from digital planet. I am still awaiting my order from FNB since 19 December 2016. I get a message saying the package will be delivered that day and then the next and then a message to say that I need to contact them as they couldnt deliver and my order will be delivered. The excuse used was that I was not available for delivery. When I have been home awaiting the delivery all day each day and nobody appears. Then I am promised it will be delivered after christmas, NOTHING. And yesterday another message to say it will be delivered and NOBODY CAME... Today a message to say I need to contact Digital Planet to make arrangements so my order won't be cancelled!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! where the hell do you people have my address????? The dark side of the moon???????????? I have been WAITING AND WAITING , and I no longer care for anything from digital planet. FNB would be wise to use a more reliable delivery service. Mr Delivery is excellent. I want nothing more to do with this so-called delivery company. I will not order anything online from FNB or anythiong to do with Digital Planet ever again, It is a nuisance and a frustration and a HUGE waste of my time. I will spread the word. With service like this, you dont need to employ anybody, they not doing their jobs, they are *****ing their pay, and probably the customers goods!</p>
