Non existence delivery support
I am really trying to understand the work relationship between Digital Planet and RAM. Twice my parcel is not delivered but digital planet can't contact RAM directly to escalate the issue - they always promise to call back and hardly do. RAM drivers lie about contacting the client and digital planet does nothing other than 'promise' to get to bottom of it. Twice too many - I have had enough.
