Non Efficient

I am expecting a Delivery for an FNB Device, last week Thursday 14/04/16 I received an sms the device had been sent with the courier to be delivered between 9-5pm. I specified my WORK address as the delivery address. Therefore the building is closed and no one is here after 5pm. It never arrived. That evening I received an sms saying the courier was unable to deliver and i should call first thing to ensure it doesn't get cancelled. This annoyed me, but I called to confirm. I then received the same sms that my parcel would be delivered 15 April 2016 between 9-5pm and again no one arrived. I called the company and explained that I had not received my package and that work ends at 5pm and no one would be here to sign for it. The lady over the phone told me the courier guy call to confirm delivery, I received no phone call and no delivery. I received another sms that evening saying the courier was unable to deliver and that my parcel was in risk of being cancelled? Needless to say I was then beyond annoyed as the company now wanted to cancel my order due to their own inefficiency and lack of organisation.When i followed the provided link I found they had arrived after 8pm & 5:45pm?
