No set date on delivery
Ordered a smar*****ch via FNB and received SMS stating that the delivery will be before the 18th Feb or on the 18th.
So took the liberty to contact Digital Planet to confirm the exact date and was advised that it cannot be on the 18th due to issues at their warehouse and it might be delivered on the 19th - unfortunately I don't operate in the world of might, I need a clear set date of when this will be delivered failing which I will be happy to cancel.
Gone are the days of inefficiencies when it comes to fulfillment, every eCommerce business (delivery) - should be on their top game.
