No feedback, no delivery, nobody answering the phone

Awaiting an order from FNB via Digital Planet. Was told to expect delivery today, but got no confirmation this morning. Called Digital Planet this morning and found out that the order is not on its way yet, but that I will be contacted with feedback on the delivery. I mentioned that if delivery is not today that the delivery address needs to be changed (just 2km down the road). I tried calling for the last 18 minutes with no one answering the phone. Really poor service, absolutely no communication.
