My phone was ****** and I ordered a phone through FNB. <br> <br> I requested that they contact me on an alternative number for delivery but it was not done. I only saw the sms 2 days later after doing a sim swop. I sent an email enquiring on the delivery but no response. When I call the call centre - the lady is of no help at all. She only gave me the last possible day - but the website said on or before the 5th. I had to update the address myself as till today nobody bothered to call again on my number or the alternative number to confirm a delivery address. It is ridiculous that FNB uses such a company.
