No delivery made and was told order will be cancelled

I have recieved and SMS from digital planet stating that my delivery will be made yesterday between 9AM -5 PM. Nobody came for delivery and recieved another sms this morning 12 Dec 2017, stating that they could not reach me and therefore I must call afrihost to stop my order from being cancelled. Also when phoning the contact or help desk the phone just rings. No one answers. Very poor service and I know other people even Afrihost complaining that their service is utterly poor.
