no delivery
I ordered a product on the 6 August 2015 after diong everything asked of me I was told that I would receive item on the 17 August 2015 I have waited the whole day no delivery nothing this is indeed poor service

As per our telephonic conversation the delivery was scheduled to take place yesterday which did not occur. I have made arrangements for this to take place today the 18 August 2015 at 11. The courier has provided confirmation that the delivery took place today.
Please note that we have taken this matter up with the courier company and we are looking into the communication that was relayed to you which will be addressed with the relevant parties as an internal matter.
