No Communication
No clear communication. No working online contact forms. Call centre takes forever to answer. No way of tracking my delivery. Same thing happened a few months ago. Cleary you are taking one step forward, two steps back.

Note that the order was only placed recently, however due to the bad experience received previously I can see it going the same route this time. I have no idea if my order has even been processed.
I will gladly change my rating on Hellpeter and Google depending how it goes this time.

Thank you for your response, kindly note as per our telephone conversation. Delivery turn around time is 3-5 working days, that is Monday to Friday between 9am-5pm. Seeing the order was received on Friday afternoon, delivery is expected for on/before 21/05/2018.
We can assure you that we will ensure delivery is smooth and successful and so we can turn the experience around for you.

This is exactly why you receive 1 star from almost everyone. You say one thing and then you say something completely different. As I have stated in my initial review - you are not clear on delivery times and its clear that departments aren't communicating properly.
