No commmunication

Ordered a TV from FNB on 29/11/2024. I got confimation that order will be delivered within 3-5 business days. Its currently 10/12/2024. I have tried contacting service desk etc only to be told my order is awaiting delivery. There is no communication and I keep having to contact them to get some kind of update. I contacted service desk this morning and was told they dont have an ETA for my order. This isnt very professional because how can you not know where my order is? FNB***
