mislead
The service from digital planet is pathetic as . I received a call from them on friday 13 /07/2018 notifying me that my delivery will be delivered today the 16/07/2018 and that i would receive an email however when i sent an email today to confirm when will the parcel will be delivered.... the reply was that my parcel will be delivered by thursday... Digital planet must not waste customers time as i was suppose to be out the office but i had to sit in the office today because of being mislead by the consultants

Thank you for your message, please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused from our side. As per e-mail correspondence on Friday 13th June 2018, delivery takes 3-5 working days from the moment you arrange delivery and the system shows delivery was arranged on the 13th.
Please be advised the order will be sent to the couriers and an SMS will be sent with the order number: FNB578726, a link to track the order progress and an on/before date which unfortunately will be the 16th as there was a system error with regards to the date.
Once again, please accept our apologies for the experience and we will ensure delivery is done as soon as possible.
