Lying about a delivery not done
Received message for delivery on 15 Dec. Driver came and package was not loaded on truck. Promised delivery same day. Nothing came. Called today and spoke to Lebo and Renaldo. Was called back and told that delivery was mot made because I was not at the delivery address. Blatant lie. Driver did not have the package. Courier company is 5km or so from my house. Why are they lying and not delivering?
